Appointments & Cancellations

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in cases of late cancellations or no-shows.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • All services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
  • Skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned once opened. If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us within 3 days to discuss exchange options.

User Conduct
